Q When is the general meeting of shareholders held?
The annual general meeting of shareholders is held in late June every year.
The exact date, time, and place of the meeting will be announced in early June to shareholders registered in the shareholders' register as of the end of March each year.
Q How can I exercise my voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders?
We will send a notice of the General Meeting of Shareholders and a form for exercising voting rights (hereinafter referred to as the "Exercise Form") to shareholders listed in the shareholders' register as of the end of the record date for the general meeting of shareholders (as of the last day of March in the case of the annual general meeting of shareholders).
Voting rights can be exercised by any of the following methods:
- By attending the general meeting of shareholders in person with the Exercise Form.
- Fill in your vote of approval or disapproval on the Exercise Form and return it to us.
- By logging in to the website to exercise voting rights from a smartphone or PC and registering your approval or disapproval (instructions on how to register your approval or disapproval are included in the convocation notice).
