Born April 16, 1975 in Okayama prefecture. 1999 - Graduated from College of Business Administration, Ritsumeikan University. Joined the Company in 1999. During the early days of research staffing, he was actively involved in the establishment and operation of new branches and WDB Eureka Co., Ltd. (currently EUREKA Company). As a central figure in developing the research staffing market, he contributed significantly to the remarkable expansion of the human resources service business. 2004 - executive director of WDB EUREKA Co., Ltd. (currently EUREKA Company) 2005 - Took part in management of business regions. 2012 - director of WDB Co., Ltd. June 2014 - director of WDB ICO Co., Ltd. (currently WDB coco Co., Ltd.) November 2014 - President & CEO. In the CRO industry, where high costs were the norm, he has achieved the delivery of low-cost yet high-quality services through the standardization and division of operations. In 2019, he oversaw the CRO business, including the public listing of WDB Coco Co., Ltd. He focuses on addressing the underlying challenges faced by clients in outsourcing, and dedicates himself to reforming and advancing operational processes while enhancing the added value of services.

Born June 19, 1974 in Shimane prefecture. 1997 - Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Kobe University. 2014 - Completed Graduate School of Strategic Management, Chuo University. Joined the Company in 1997. Took part in setting up human resource staffing business in the field of science research and engaged in opening up branches across the whole Kanto area. In 2001, he left the Company to pursue his aspiration of expanding his family's Japanese confectionary business, which he held in mind for some time. In order to learn the store management broadly, he joined Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., which run TSUTAYA chain stores. In 2005, he returned to the WDB Group to gain even broader experiences in order not only to family business expansion but to contribute to the revitalization of the reginal economy as a whole. He took the responsibilities of general management of the area business administration and branch office operations. In April 2014, he became a managing director of Kaken Geneqs Co., (a wholly owned subsidiary of WDB Holdings Co., Ltd.) and appointed as President & CEO in November, 2014. In January 2022, Kaken Geneqs was separated from the WDB Group by a whole stock transfer transaction, then he resigned the President & CEO. In November 2022, appointed as Director of WDB Business Succession Partners Co., Ltd. In March 2025 (-current), appointed as President, DOCO1 Co., Ltd.

Engaged in operations and management of the Lab & Training centers across the nation. Implemented WDB's unique online training system and established the basis of human resource development training at WDB. In 2016, appointed as President & CEO, WDB India Pvt. Ltd., (Dissolved in January 2022) also as Representative Director at WDB Chemical Laboratory Co., Ltd., (Merged with WDB Co., Ltd. in January 2022). The two companies jointly used to provide synthesis experiment services. Produced a platform which enabled a real-time progress status check of synthesis experiment projects overseas (the service discontinued in January 2022). In June 2022 (-current), appointed as Director, NEZOT Co., Ltd. In March 2025 (-current), appointed as Managing Director and Executive Officer in charge of systems, DOCO1 Co., Ltd. responsible for the WDB Group's DX acceleration capitalized on his accumulated knowledge and experiences.

After gaining experience as a research staffing sales professional, held positions as manager of Tachikawa Branch, Osaka Branch, and Kusatsu Branch since 2014. Leveraging his experience and achievements, involved in the planning and formulation of the management strategy of WDB Corporation from 2019, and since 2020 has been working to solve human resources business issues at NEZOT Co., Ltd. In June 2022, appointed as Executive Officer, NEZOT Co., Ltd., concurrently holding the position of Strategic Planning Department at WDB Holdings Corporation from November 2022 (current position). In 2023 (-current), became a Director of NEZOT Co., Ltd. In 2024 (-current), appointed as Director of WDB Co., Ltd., responsible for enhancing the overall competitiveness and productivity of the group through platform development including "doconico," and streamlining of business processes using IT.

After that, he held various positions such as general manager, and while involved in branch management, he put many company-wide projects on track and promoted growth strategies. In March 2023, he was appointed Managing Director and Executive Officer of Corbridge Co., Ltd. (current position). Leveraging his knowledge and experience, he has contributed to the sales expansion of the entire WDB Group, including the domestic CRO business, and has built a foundation in a wide range of fields.
