During the early days of research staffing, he was actively involved in the establishment and operation of new branches and WDB EUREKA Co., Ltd. (currently EUREKA Company). As a central figure in developing the research staffing market, he contributed significantly to the remarkable expansion of the human resources service business. 2004 - executive director of WDB EUREKA Co., Ltd. (currently EUREKA Company) 2005 - Took part in management of business regions. 2012 - director of WDB Co., Ltd. 2014 - director of WDB ICO Co., Ltd. (currently WDB coco Co., Ltd.) 2014 - President & CEO. In the CRO industry, where high costs were the norm, he has achieved the delivery of low-cost yet high-quality services through the standardization and division of operations. In 2019, he oversaw the CRO business, including the public listing of WDB coco Co., Ltd. Produced a platform that enabled a real-time progress status check of synthesis experiment projects overseas (the service discontinued in January 2022). In 2022, appointed Director, NEZOT Co., Ltd. In 2025, appointed Managing Director of DOCO1 Co., Ltd., and in the same year, Director and Managing Executive Officer of NEZOT Co., Ltd., and Managing Director and Executive Officer in charge of Systems at DOCO1 Co., Ltd.
