As a central figure in developing the research staffing market, he contributed significantly to the remarkable expansion of the human resources service business. 2004 - executive director of WDB EUREKA Co., Ltd. (currently EUREKA Company) 2005 - Took part in management of business regions. 2012 - director of WDB Co., Ltd. 2014 - director of WDB ICO Co., Ltd. In the CRO industry, where high costs were the norm, he has achieved the delivery of low-cost yet high-quality services through the standardization and division of operations.
