Public matters based on the personal information protection law

Based on the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), we will "publicize" the following matters.

Article 1 (Matters Concerning The Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

  1. Purpose of use when acquiring personal information (Article 18 of the Act)
    If personal information is acquired by a method other than direct writing, it will be handled within the scope of the restrictions on the purpose of use listed in the following table (Paragraph 1 of the same Article). Whenever we obtain personal information directly written in writing, we will specify the purpose of use (Paragraph 2 of the same Article).

    D. Personal information about employees who have retired from our company

    • For sending materials, documents, etc. after retirement

    E. Other personal information about those who have inquired or visited our company

    • For contacting inquiries
    • For entrance / exit management and crime prevention measures in our office

    F. Personal information entrusted by affiliated subsidiaries

    • For employment management of employees of affiliated subsidiaries
  2. Purpose of use of personally retained data (personal information subject to disclosure) (Article 27, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Act)
    We will handle it within the limits of the purpose of use described in the previous section 1.
  3. Personal number (hereinafter referred to as "My Number") and purpose of use of specific personal information (Act on the Use of Numbers for Identifying Specific Individuals in Administrative Procedures (hereinafter referred to as "My Number Act") Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the Act)
    Regarding the purpose of use of My Number and specific personal information, we will limit it to the scope of the following affairs in accordance with the provisions of the My Number Act and other laws and regulations.

Article 2 (Matters Concerning Shared Use) (Article 23, Paragraph 5, Item 3 of the Act)

Currently, we do not collect personal information through shared use.

Article 3 (Matters Concerning Procedures for Responding to Requests for Disclosure, etc.) (Article 32 of the Act)

  1. Based on the law, disclosure of personal information, correction, addition or deletion of contents, suspension or deletion of use, notification of purpose of use, and suspension of provision to third parties from the person or his / her agent (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc.") If a request is made, we will respond as follows in response to the request.

      If you would like to request disclosure, etc., please contact the inquiries listed in Article 4 below. After confirming the contents, we will send you a request for disclosure, etc. designated by us. Please fill in the required items on the disclosure request form, enclose the documents to be submitted in 2, and send it to the following address by registered mail, simple registered mail, or registered mail, etc. Please return it. In addition, please write "Request for Disclosure, etc. in progress" on the envelope.
    2. Documents to be submitted

      B. Request by statutory representative

      In addition to the required documents in A above, please enclose a copy of the documents on the right.

      C. Request by voluntary agent

      In addition to the required documents in A above, please enclose a copy of the documents on the right.
      • Seal certificate of the seal stamped in the power of attorney column of the disclosure request form.
    3. Fees, etc.
      No fees are collected for requests for disclosure, etc.
    4. Purpose of use
      Personal information acquired by the Company upon request for disclosure, etc. will be used only to the extent necessary for procedures such as disclosure. In addition, the submitted documents will be stored for 5 years after the response to the request for disclosure, etc. is completed, and then properly disposed of.
    5. Non-disclosure
      In the following cases, we will not be able to disclose the personal information requested for disclosure, etc. If we decide not to disclose all or part of personal information, we will notify the person with a reason to that effect.

      If you cannot disclose Reasons for non-disclosure decision

      A. If the attached documents are incomplete

      • The identity or agent confirmation document does not include or has been deleted, such as "address," "name," "date of birth," "issuer name and issue date / issue date".
      • The "address," "name,"and "date of birth" entered in the disclosure request form do not match the "address," "name," and "date of birth" stated in the identity verification document.
      • The expiration date of the identity verification document has passed (for various certificates that do not have an expiration date, they must be within 3 months from the effective date).
      • It turned out to be a forged or falsified document (disclosure request form and attached documents will not be returned and will be reported to the authorities and submitted).
      • The proxy right of the agent cannot be confirmed.

      B. When there is a reason based on laws and regulations

      • The requested information item is not in the personal information held by the Company.
      • There is a risk of harming the life, body, property or other rights and interests of the person or a third party.
      • There is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper implementation of our business.
      • Disclosure may violate the law.

      C. Request by a voluntary agent

      In addition to the required documents in A above, please enclose a copy of the following documents.

      • Seal certificate of the seal stamped in the power of attorney column of the disclosure request form
  2. The Company may not take all or part of the following items if it falls under any of the following items by taking measures such as disclosure requested according to the provisions of Paragraph.

    1. When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property or other rights and interests of the person or a third party
    2. When there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper implementation of The Company operations
    3. When it violates the law
  3. If the Company does not take all or part of the measures such as disclosure requested according to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if it takes different measures, it will endeavor to explain the reason to the person.
