"Repond, Exceed"

"30 and more years passed since founding, we want to tell cultivated company spirit, innovativeness and challenge feeling only in the WDB group, and the worth of existence in the society".
By this tought, corporate logo mark and corporate message were renewed in April 2019.
The new logo mark expresses "unknown value" and "new value" by two corners on the left, "contributing to social development" by the corner on the right. The image of moving to the right expressed advancedness that always looks ahead and challenges that are not bound by common sense in the industry.
The corporate message is "Respond, Exceed". We will always do our best to meet customers and respond to various requests. This posture has never moved slightly from founding to this day.
All the employees respond to request together and exceed the expectation from now on.

"Straight thought" WDB Coco stock listing

In December 2019, "WDB Coco" who was the core of the CRO business realized listing to Mothers. It was 2016, three years before, that Nakano approached Taniguchi with a story of the listing. Taniguchi was not able to answer immediately then. This is because the listing was unexpected, and he had not thought about the meaning of the listing deeply and had no confidence above all.
But Taniguchi decided to go up the stairs for listing. In the background, there was his straight tought that "I want to make a company better. I want employees who believe in a growing company and follow them to have a sense of accomplishment and pride." With the support of management team including Nakano and Otsuka, and the project member, after the run-up called three years, Taniguchi ran up the stairs wonderfully.
The stairs called the growth of the company will continue from now on. "WDB Coco" including Taniguchi will aim for the future with straight tought in mind from now on.

Aiming for a digital disruptor

"The service of the person to the person is becoming digitized rapidly. We need to be a digital disruptor in the coming times."
Nakano had a firm faith. By the development of "doconico", We promoted the introduction of technology so far. However, the momentum of the world is different from the past. We cannot survive unless we accelerate digitalization.
In late 2020, WDB group made a big step forward from such a sense of crisis. About 50 employees of WDB group transferred to "NEZOT" and shifted their type of profession to IT or Web system. They used to be sales representatives or technical lecturers, so most of them did not have expert knowledge regarding IT or Web system. However, Nakano did not depend on recruitment of the employees easily because he stuck in his belief that cultivate the employees' skills with spending time and money. "The company which develops person's skills and qualities," the passion underlying Nakano was firm. "NEZOT" becomes an organization that has more than 100 employees and press on toward the way to become "a digital disruptor".
