doconico's concept is to visualize and automate a series of processes in temporary staffing to eliminate customer dissatisfaction, propose jobs with a high degree of match to temporary staff, and simplify the procedures necessary for employment. By doing so, we provide highly convenient services.
Development never ends. We must incorporate the latest technology, constantly innovate, and maximize user satisfaction.
Therefore, we began developing a service that utilizes ChatGPT for ordering temporary staffing services, registering temporary staff online, and responding to inquiries, and released it in October 2023. With AI available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, doconico allows users to place orders, register, and ask questions anytime, anywhere.
Internally, we also launched an AI-powered internal chat system in February 2025 to enhances employee productivity by providing instant, chat-based responses to their work-related queries.
The use of AI will become essential in future corporate activities. While carefully considering issues and effects, we will move forward with new technology to attain further progress.

In recent years, competition to acquire human resources has become more intense. The biggest problem not only for our company but for temporary staffing companies is the growing difficulty in attracting temporary staff.
Japan's labor shortage is likely to become even more serious in the future. As a solution, we have significantly increased hourly wages for all currently employed temporary staff in 2022. Since then, we have continued to improve compensation based on factors such as productivity and performance evaluations at client sites.
This is an initiative to improve operational efficiency by using doconico to conduct all activities online, reduce the cost of temporary staffing services, and use those savings as a source of funds to improve the treatment of temporary staff.
Moving forward, we will continue to pursue fair compensation practices and cost reductions as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance working conditions for our temporary staff.

Designed to streamline staffing management operations, and offer intuitive usability, the platform enables centralized management across multiple staffing agencies, making the process more efficient and accessible to all.
