Continuous improvement of working conditions for temporary staff
In recent years, competition for talent has intensified. For staffing agencies across the industry, not just our own, the greatest challenge is "the inability to attract sufficient temporary staff." Labor shortages are expected to become even more severe going forward. For this reason, rather than simply lamenting the situation, we must consider "what we can do to remain a company that continues to be chosen."
As part of this effort, we significantly increased hourly wages for temporary staff between 2022 and 2024. This is not merely a short-term measure; it represents the starting point for ensuring that each temporary staff member who contributes at client sites is rewarded with appropriate compensation.
In 2021, we also began transforming our internal operations. By leveraging doconico to digitalize all activities, we have improved the efficiency of our staffing services, and we are committed to returning the resulting cost savings to temporary staff. Through ongoing operational reforms and continuous improvements in compensation and benefits, we will continue to create an environment in which both workers and companies can grow together.
